Join our Patient Participation Group
We are committed to providing high-quality care and continuously improving the services we offer to our patients. To help us understand your experiences and views, we invite you to join our Patient Participation Group (PPG).
Our PPG is a virtual group of patients who work with the practice to help shape and improve local healthcare services. Members are occasionally invited to share their opinions through short surveys and consultations on topics such as:
- Access to appointments
- Opening hours
- Patient experience
- Communication and information provided by the practice
- New services and improvements
Participation is entirely voluntary, and surveys are designed to be brief and easy to complete. We will usually contact members by email.
We are keen to ensure that our Patient Participation Group reflects the diversity of our practice population. We welcome participation from patients of all ages, backgrounds and circumstances, including:
- Young people and working-age adults
- Parents and carers
- Older adults
- People living with long-term health conditions
- Patients from diverse ethnic, cultural and social backgrounds
Your feedback will help us better understand the needs of our community and support ongoing improvements to our services.

You Said, We Did
We value patient feedback and use it to help improve the services we provide. Through patient surveys, comments, suggestions, complaints, compliments and discussions with our Patient Participation Group (PPG), we identify areas where changes can be made to enhance patient care and experience.
This section highlights some of the improvements and changes we have made in response to feedback from our patients. It demonstrates how your views help shape the development of our services and ensures that patient voices remain at the heart of what we do.
We welcome your feedback and encourage you to share your experiences and suggestions with us so that we can continue to improve our services.
